Service and food were both terrible ! I?ll never go there again. Waitress was in a terrible mood and very caddy.

I will give my dinner experience here a 3.5 stars. Big credit to the lady manager who made my dinning experience worth it! She... was very personable and had a good customer service. The Margaritas were not all that (expected more because it is calledMargaritaville)!! Also..the rooms don't have individual microwaves and this is the closest place you can go to warm up any leftovers. The food was not good and not bad, just average in my opinion. Read more

Cold coffee, steak tasted old and not cooked like it was ordered. Manager just asked if my cousin wanted something else. No... apology, no discount. The pancakes were hard and they had no syrup so we had to eat them with honey. Bacon also half cooked. We were waiting for our food for about an hour. Read more

Dinner was ok just overpriced. DONT go for breakfast. They can?t cook a sunny side up egg, French toast was cold, how do you... mess up French toast!!!? $15 omelette is a 2 egg omelette with 4 tinny pieces of ham. For such an expensive resort why can?tthey hire a decent cook or menu or something! Read more
