Came here the other day to order a $1 cheeseburger, ketchup only and was told $2 and some change. I corrected saying that I was... just getting a ketchup-only cheeseburger off the dollar menu and it was single pattie. Got one with everything on it, still nocharge. Corrected one more time because I can't eat onions and got a burger, ketchup only with no cheese, but hey- free food,definitely coming back since I wasn't charged ???? 8/27 went here at 6:20am. Morning shift leader working the drive through window was amazing!! I haven?t experienced that sort of... wonderful customer service from McDonald?s in a long time. Or anywhere I should say. Keep up the great work! Read more
Trash manager, mean and nasty, she even said so loud sh!t and talking about customers and everybody in the lobby heard her. Also... her hygiene is very poor. Another employee tell her you are so loud like 4 times before she stop. Im from UberEats and she donteven say thank you and I waste 15 -20 minutes for my order here. Read more
The clarity of the order intercom was the only highlight of today's visit. When picking up our order at the window, the lady... made us feel like we were disrupting her day! Wow! Well I hate to give such a low rating but the three times I've been there they have messed up my order. Once even gave me... someone else's order. Which was about half the price of what I payed. Didn't realize it till I got home. With the price of fuelthe way it is didn't feel like wasting the fuel to drive back up there. I suppose it was my fault for not checking my orderbefore I took off. Let?s talk about the absolute worst manager of the year Yolanda. She?s not only rude but insensitive to say the least. After... returning to change my burger for no pickles. She got mad said I can keep the one with pickles while I get a new one. I told herI?d give it to someone in need so then snatched it from me to throw it away.
