Attempted to use the drive thru, person did not acknowledge me, the customer, but could hear the "click" which is to quiet the... tone which is used to signal to the workers that s customer is St the order position of the drive thru. I almost drove away butthought the manager should be aware of the failings. Walked in and there were four (4) workers standing neat the drive upwindow. I asked for the Manager, and after "Casey?" heard my experience she had excuses for all of it and dismissed me bysaying "have a nice day sir." It?s McDonald?s. Good clean area
Arrived at the left drive thru and they let three cars pass on the right. I decided "no big deal", ill order at window. The... manager was extremely rude and questioned me as to why I didn't order at the speaker. There was no apology but instead "well,what do you want" in a rude tine.The customer service at this location needs better leadership. I get that people need jobs butdo better.
