Attempted to use the drive thru, person did not acknowledge me, the customer, but could hear the "click" which is to quiet the... tone which is used to signal to the workers that s customer is St the order position of the drive thru. I almost drove away butthought the manager should be aware of the failings. Walked in and there were four (4) workers standing neat the drive upwindow. I asked for the Manager, and after "Casey?" heard my experience she had excuses for all of it and dismissed me bysaying "have a nice day sir." It?s McDonald?s. Good clean area
Arrived at the left drive thru and they let three cars pass on the right. I decided "no big deal", ill order at window. The... manager was extremely rude and questioned me as to why I didn't order at the speaker. There was no apology but instead "well,what do you want" in a rude tine.The customer service at this location needs better leadership. I get that people need jobs butdo better. This McDonald's is typically clean. The cashier was friendly. Debo is always polite and kind. The service was fast. The food... was just average. Not bad, but not great. The store is in my general realm of travel. I don't go for my daily drink anymorebecause there are 3 other places to get 1$ drinks in a block, so I won't pay the extra money that McDonald's charges now. Read more
Ordered two drinks curbside, a coffee and a root beer. Waited 20 minutes and nothing came out. The two people that got there... after me got their FOOD before I got my drinks. So I walked inside and got in line, the lady took the orders of the two guys infront of me and completely ignored me while making their food. That?s when I saw my drinks sitting on the McCafe ledge with thecoffee done and the root beer not. The lady kept ignoring me so I just grabbed my coffee and empty cup and filled up my rootbeer myself. Avoid curbside at this location. Read more

Waited over twenty minutes for McRib to be delivered by someone who could not be bothered... Asked for no pickles or onions...... And I guess they heard no rib? Get home... Bum with just sauce. Smh. $9 for saucy bread. I don't expect much from McDs...butdang. Read more
