2 hours to get a pizza and didn?t deliver the whole order. When I asked for a refund for the items not delivered they said they... couldnt and I would have to call the general manager. Awful service. Oh and the pizza was cold and salty. Read more
Spent $50 on 2 large pizzas. Dough was way over proofed. Completely flat! Supposed to have light sauce, lots of pepperoni and... extra cheese. Almost no pepperoni, no sauce at all, pepperoni stuffed crust rose so much it made half the slice. BBQ chickenpizza had so many bubbles in the crust this one also had just half slices. Since we ordered through a delivery service, werejust out the money. Definitely won't order again. From the looks of these other ratings, they don't care and poor quality istheir standard. Read more
Absolutely horrible experience! I understand that it was a busy Sunday night but?. My pizza is in the oven heating up right... now. Ordered at 7:52pm, received at it arrived at 9:47. This is a full 30 minutes after my scheduled delivery in the app. Ok, no biggie, I can wait. However, what is prompting me to write this is the fact that my pizza is completely cold anddisgusting. I ordered 3 large 3 topping pizzas this one was supposed to have double cheese and double ground beef. Almost no ground beef and... definitely not double cheese either. Also ordered Pepperoni Lovers which has very little pepperoni, they should take lessonsfrom Pizza Hut, Domino?s, Little Caesar?s or Marco to see what a pepperoni lovers looks like. The other was a 6 cheese thatlooks like a single cheese with dried Parmesan sprinkled on top. Complete waste of $50.00. This is the third time Poppa Johns inMontgomery TX burned us on pizza that is worse than frozen pizza. Staff not much better than pizza, rap music playing so loudwhen I walked in you could not hear yourself think and kind of thing looking guy that had non-serving attitude. Today was the very first and for sure the very last time I have ever tried papa John's pizza. The phone order was easy and... efficient. The service was a little delayed as only one poor young lady was working. Other wise not a bad experience. Then Igot home.... I ranked this pizza as the top 3 worst of all time. Only little Cesar's and Chuck E Cheeses you'll be as bad. Ahalf hour later my world and freedom has been compromised. I type this knocking on death's door. I can not be more that 23steps from the bathroom. And the noises my body is making is frightening the dog. Wrong pizzas delivered. In addition they were cold and looked like a 5 year old cut the slices. On hold 30 minutes trying to get... ahold of someone at the store with no answer. First time ordering in a year or more from Papa Johns and will be the last time.Should have gone with Domino's. Read more
