Once again online ordering went to the location 6 miles away instead of .5 of a mile. Only this time, I was laughed at,... informed ovens was off and cleaned; having to drive the 6 miles through construction. Since no one in two years has fixed thisglitch and after the rude in counter last night. I've bought my last Pizza Hut Pizza. No wonder there is rumors of the companyclosing Nation Wide. If I could give this store and the online/App ordering negative stars I would, rate both -*****. When aglitch has been happening for two years, laughing at a Customer is not good business. Have ordered pizza several times here.. It is a hit or miss. So etimes you get great pizza sometimes you get cardboard in a box.... Just as plain as that. More times card board in a box than great pizza.. I will way I order after 8 pm.. never before. Read more
Update 4/20/2022: Great pizza, crust done right and fast friendly service. What's not to love? Thank you Waterpoint Pizza... hut! Update 10/23/21 Same issue. 1/3 if pie is all crust. Spread it out guys!!! Tastes great. Just wish they would quitmaking the crust too wide. Read more

We ordered several pizza's this evening and non of them tasted good. Either the cheese or dough. We ordered A plain cheese, a... thin veggie, stuffed crust everything, and a large pineapple and Canadian bacon. Idk, the food had a really off taste to itlike freezer burnt dough. Ordered 2 pizzas on a Saturday night. 10 minutes early, very fresh, and made perfectly!! Made this pregnant lady very very... happy!!!! And my delivery driver was super nice, and sweet. Always make sure to tip your drivers yall! They won?t disappoint :) Read more
I have tried over and over hoping that they get better, but EVERY TIME the pizzas are delivered they are paper thin and taste... like cardboard. Tonight I asked for EXTRA SAUCE AND CHEESE So we hopefully don?t receive the paper thin cardboard... andthat?s STILL what we received. They have offered to replace AGAIN but now we?re waiting over an hour again fordelivery. New manager just argued simple math and charged me double the price from calling in using my coupons, $19.99 & $8.99, totaling... to $54 but ?discounted? to $45? obviously coupons didn?t take and then wouldn?t give me my coupons back saying they where?spent?.
