I was looking for a gordita, and found this place, less than half a mile from me, had gorditas. Of course I hop in the car ,... drive 5 minutes, and order a gordita, and then a barbacoa taco as well. I started with the taco first because I was reallylooking forward to the gordita, but it was too hot. The barbacoa taco was ok until i bit into a bone. not a small pieceeither, a piece that was bigger than some of the meat pieces. So that ended the taco immediately. Thats ok, I was looking forthe gordita. Unfortunately the gorditas here are not what I was looking for. instead of a nice thick tortilla sliced in halfand stuffed, which is what I believe to be the correct way to serve it, this gordita was a disappointment. Two corn tortillas,just slightly thicker than a regular corn tortilla, with some beans smeared on it and a few pieces of chicken. yes, there werea few other things on it, lettuce, avocado and possibly cheese, but definitely not what I was hoping for. I went on a Saturday for lunch to have grab a quick bite and got 3 tacos- pollo, fajita & barbacoa. They came with onion and... cilantro. They were all good. The fajita was my favorite. They also have really good green salsa! Read more
