Picked up a large order through the drive-through. Everything was hot and fresh. A small issue was that there were no stickers... or labels on the sandwiches, forcing my wife and me to sort through them to ensure everyone got what they wanted. Overall avery good experience. Read more

The young lady who took my order was so sweet and bubbly. Her name i believe was Rylie was so sweet. She took my order and it... was perfect. The next 3 visits the subsequent order takers did every one of them wrong though I never deviated from my ordersaying exactly the same thing every time. I was charged more than before every time. Pretty good location. Pick up isn't working for people waiting for orders. Not sure if it's an internal problem or if they're... just refusing to bring it out. I think to give them the benefit of the doubt. Just read this so you're not waiting 10+minutes. Read more
I've been sitting in this line for 15 minutes! It has not moved! This is RIDICULOUS!!! Never have I had this experience at... whataburger so, this ended up being over 30 minutes stuck in drive through the manager and HQ, did reach out to make it right.Stay tuned! Attempted a dine and asked the lazy server for an extra ketchup she told me that she would be right back with it. Then I watch... her go outside and just sit back and talk to someone in their car. She comes back glances at me and starts yapping away withemployees while they work and she watched. Then today at the drive through, 2 ???? cadets are standing there taking orders. Iclearly stated cheeseburger and a side of ranch. I made a political joke about snowflakes, so then at the drive through yetanother ???? cadet gives my order to me thus forgetting the cheese and side of ranch. Bottom line never hire a ????AG or dependon them for anything!! Read more
I'm revising my review as the few people that used to work here and really cared no longer do and that shows. I waited 20... minutes in the drive thru for my breakfast this morning and no one was ahead of me. See pictures for the lack of attention tofood appearance. The inside of my taquito was literally a hard ball of food in the center of my tortilla. Sweet tea is stillsmooth so that was the only plus to this meal. Read more
It's a fast food place, folks! The people are usually more fun the later you go in the evening. The food is way better than... other fast food joints. The avocado bacon burger is my favorite!! White chocolate raspberry malt, just sayin'. Read more
