The drive thru is far better than going inside.
Wendy's is our Sunday thing for lunch and we go to whichever is closest to our morning kid activities. Today we went there and I... asked if they had either the red or green crayon toy, as they were the last two he needed and he has some repeat colors. My sonopened his meal at home and you would have thought it was Christmas at how excited he was because he got both red and greencrayons. This'll be our default Wendy's from now on. Hey man, this is the only place near me open on a monday past 11 am, even if it does close at midnight. We were hungry and... needed some late night grub and pulled up to the drive thru. Honestly in this day and age a lot of places are closed early cuzof understaffing which wouldve been understandable. We waited at the window for a couple minutes and just as we were going toask if anyone was there a fella asked for my order. I could tell he was very tired but he still mustered up a smile and all ourfood was correct so i cant complain at all. Ive also been here a couple of other times and never had any mishaps. The last timei went there you could tell the woman who took our order and handed us our food was really good at her job and took pride in it.I really hope this establishment treats their employees right cuz the service here is great and the food is always good. I don't know who that big blonde girl is but she is the worst employee. shes way too chatty. she talks to the dogs in the drive... thru so much she must think shes snow white or something. I feel kind of bad for her it seems like she has no friends. Read more
Not only was the price incorrect (website vs restaurant - and I confirmed the correct location on the website pricing for the... double stacks I ordered), but the next day I received a text from my credit card company saying there's a fraudulent transactionon my credit card. I haven't used it anywhere recently other than Wendy's, so an employee there stole my credit cardinformation when I used the card there. I should sue this location. Read more
I ordered my faves. The Big Bacon cheddar burger and the same with chicken. They were not up to the same standards I am used to.... Both were dry and the rolls were almost crumbly. I only live 5 minutes away and ordered on the app and still had to wait for itto be prepared at the window. My family stops at this location at least once a week if not 2 or 3 times a week. Usually they are short staffed and it takes... awhile for my carry out order to be completed but tonight I went in and was actually able to place my order at the counter,instead of at the computer. The manager was extremely polite and very professional. He said that they hired more staff sohopefully they will be quicker from now on. The restaurant is always clean and well lit.
