Very rude staff. Saw staff threaten to call police on a customer for using their restroom. Put a sign up if you don't want... people to use them! The fries were soggy and warm. They don't give you a receipt so you won't report them. Avoid this location! Read more

Nasty store and stunk. Roof was leaking above the drink machine. Only person in the store and waited 15 minutes to place an... order. People were coming in who had been sitting in the drive thru for 15 minutes and had not placed an order. Employees weretoo busy trying to buy cell phones from the crack heads in the parking lot to actually do their job. Read more

I came to Arkansas from Georgia for my job.. My first night here 2/19/22,I decided to have McDonald's. I ordered a Big Mac,no... pickles because I'm allergic to pickles... As always,I look at my sandwich to make sure it's made right... My ticket said nopickles,so why was pickles on my sandwich... The sandwich was remade.. The fries were not hot.. Not Acceptable... Tonight2/22/22,I decided to go in for my remake of the Big Mac and then decided to order more.. The food is not hot at all,the friesare cold and the presentation of the food is horrible.. You eat with your eyes before you taste anything.. The spicy chickensandwich was put in a bag,which is suppose to come in a little box like the big mac... I will not be ordering from thisMcDonald's or any McDonald's in Arkansas... Georgia have problems at times,but atleast the food is fresh and presentable. Ican't wait to go back home... Read more
Fastest fast food in Monticello. When I'm in a hurry I stop here. Wish you guys would bring the 1 dollar large drinks back!
