I have been here many times with my family but in the last year we have went to this taco bell and last Sunday at 1:00 pm at... lunch walked up to the door and it was locked at 1:00 pm another time recently we got there to eat at 8:00 pm and the doors werelocked would not let anyone inside both times once recently they were out of sweet tea right around lunch and would not fixanymore l use to really enjoy this taco bell not anymore don't know if l will ever go back also they would not take my order atthe counter made me use me place my own order which l dont know how to do and should not have to do . I was traveling back to my hometown, got hungry, and decided to stop at this taco bell. I had to wait 30 minutes for my food due... to short staff, but all the staff were very kind even though they were rightfully tired and ready to hit the hay. When I got myfood, it was fresh and hot, and frankly, probably the best taco bell ive ever ate. The wait was well worth it, and I appreciateall the patient workers that have had to deal with unrightfully rude customers. Read more
This one has made a turn around from a year ago. Much better and faster service.
Ordered food for family of 6. Got the order mixed up but hey they were getting smashed at the time as it was super busy. ... Manager refunded the incorrect items on the order which I didn't notice until I got home. At the end of the day that's how youhandle it. So even if it wasnt correct I'll give 3 stars for handling the situation correctly. Read more
I am done with ordering and make it home only to discover I am missing multiple items and no one answers the phone. It is the... absolute worst about putting all in the bag. People place mobile orders for a reason and it's not to screwed over. This was thelast time I will ever deal with it. Read more
I once asked if any employee could make a fresh crunchy taco and was told that they are made fresh every day. Well here is fresh... for you! At 630 p.m. The receipt was dropped and person said, there's the receipt. Don't know why I keep going back. I keepexpecting something different. Half the time I get my orders wrong and drive through especially consist of people who appear to hate there job and don't care... other than that it's a hit and miss between good service or bad I would recommend only coming to day shift Read more
