The store itself is gross, trash overflowing, condiments section wasn?t stocked and had no lids, men?s bathroom was even more... disgusting. The food: All of our buns were burnt on 3 sandwiches, fry?s were barely warm, and used the wrong ingredients on mydads burgers. Probably one of the dirtiest McDonald?s I?ve been to. The health inspector should come do a checkup on thisplace. Read more

Ordered on the mobile app. The cheeseburger I ordered had a burnt hamburger patty on it. It was hard as a rock and when I took... it back to then to remake it, it took almost 10 minutes. When I got the replacement, there was a hole in the packaging. Thefries were lukewarm and hard. I also ordered the Cactus Flea Market Meal and they did not have the box it was supposed to comein. Mens and women's bathrooms were very disgusting with a urinal overflowing with urine. Brought it to the attention of thecrew and said they would take care of it. Spent 20 minutes eating and still was gross. Very disappointed in my experience. Read more

Truly an awful McDonald's Franchise. Expect to see staff eating on the front line at the cash register, filthy floors, posters... falling off of windows, and menu items not in stock. Read more

Really disappointed in how this McDonald's was run. No lids, straws, or napkins. Had to wait twenty minutes for a relatively... easy order. To their credit and the one star, the food was actually pretty good. Not worth a twenty minute wait ,but still good.Hopefully they will get things back on track soon. Read more

While present at this mcdonalds, and waiting an extremely long time for my order,  i wittnessed an employee call out a... customer's order (incorrectly), the customer then proceded to examine his/her order and noticed it was not his/her order. Theemployee then approached and began yelling at the customer and blamed them for going through the order. Then theapparent/possible manager came over and turned to the customer (whose order it apparently was) and gave them an order that hadbeen completely handled and looked through. No apology to either customer was ever given by the emplyee or manager. Finally,once my order was completed,  I examined the order and noticed the apple slices in my daughter's happy meal were missing. Iasked about this and the same employee who had yelled at the customer before me said they were out. I asked if they had anyother replacement sides and she said she put an extra fry in the happy meal. I looked and didnt see any so i asked about it. Shesaid she gave me a small fry bag instead of a happy meal size fry to compensate. I didnt argue because frankly i didn't want toget yelled at. After a pause she then volunteered they had no milk. At this point i realized i had no drink for the happy meal,no drink cup or milk, i looked over at her and saw two chocolate milks sitting on the counter and after another pause she thenasked if i would like chocolate milk. I said yes and she gave it to me. Had i not looked inside my bag and asked about themissing apple slices i would have left the store without a drink. My (not ideal) but normal encounters with fast food chainsconsist of having my order called out, an apology that they are missing the items i ordered, and then an inquiry as to whatwould be an acceptable substitution after being presented with some options. We were traveling with our grandkids from Orlando and stopped to get them some lunch. The cashier took my order of a chicken... nugget happy meal and a 10 nugget meal. She ask what sauce & I told her none for the happy meal & honey mustard for the 10piece. As I waited patiently for my meal she was flirting with a male customer & then complaining about working. We got to thecar & there was only one sauce. I sent my granddaughter back in, & the same cashier told her she had to pay for it. I went backin & politely told her that I order two nugget meals & I needed another sauce. She told me that I said I didn?t need any sauce &I had to tell her when I ordered, so now I had to pay for it. I went back out to my vehicle got a dollar & went back in askingfor the manager because I wasn?t going to stand in line. I placed a dollar bill on the counter & got a sauce packet. I?m prettysure that dollar will be pocketed. Rude service staff and certainly not customer friendly. I am hesitant to even give one star. Read more

Got our meal and everything was in order - although riding was as confusing as it gets, but all in all we made it through - with... out the fries - the service was slow from what I can only assume was troubles with the soft serve machine, and felt as if themanager also might have been scolding an employee in ear shot - but keeping it real - we were not upset by the wait and well Idon?t work for Mackas so guessing it was rough what ever it was because the manager had to step out after they finalized ourorder (that?s why I gave stars as hate to see some one have a rough time taking our money in exchange for food - we give them abreak as they were always kind to us regardless of what ever stress was going on in the store . thank you! Another small town McDonald's, dealing with the pandemic bs. yeah, it's slow, but you bring a lot of stress on yourself by... expecting quick drive-thru. Lol. Come on. The best McDonald's had sorta slow drive thru in 2018.. and now no dining room, soit's a crowd in the cars. Understaffed and jammed up. No wonder the shake machine isn't working. Lol.
