Horrible service every time we?ve eaten here and the food is overpriced. Don?t recommend.
We were the only family in the dining area. It was early around 445. Our order was not made correctly. I addressed the... situation with the waitress, I declined a new pizza to be made as we were hungry and I had 2 kids to feed. It is frustratingas a customer that you order something specific, not busy, it goes through 3 hands the prep person, the cook and the waitress,no one noticed the order was wrong. We need to slow down as a whole. We ate our pizza as we were hungry and appreciativethat we were able to eat out before the Polar Express folks showed up. We got there when they opened so no wait. You order at the desk by the door then sit down and they bring your food and drinks.... The service was really good and food was fresh. The pizza was really good, and the lasagna wasnt to my liking (no meat). Thesauce didnt have much flavor but it was good and fresh. Bathrooms were clean and stocked.
