These people messed up my order so I called because I didn?t get what I paid for and they basically told me they couldnt do... anything so I file a complaint online hoping to reach Corp but no the boss calls my phone getting mad at me for filing acomplaint I mean this has to be the most unprofessional subway I?ve ever been to Nish is the name of the boss I talked to. Service was a little slow due to short staff. Overall food was good and the staff was friendly.
With restaurant owners struggling to find help right now, I continue to be amazed by Haresh and how well he runs the Monticello... Subway location. As a frequent customer, I see Haresh and his staff gracefully handle the lunchtime rush (and always with afriendly smile). Never have I been disappointed with my sandwich from this location (which I can't say about other Subways). This is a difficult time for restaurant owners, and I'm really proud of Haresh in how he's maintained the quality of his foodand customer service! Read more
I tried the new tuna melt it came in a brown bag, I was disappointed my sandwich was given to me sloppy. Very unhappy
The Monticello I'll Subway was a very nice place to get lunch. Very clean and even though it was packed, they got your order... politely and efficiently.
