The drive thru was very efficient. The young man at the drive through didn't look very old, but made sure everything was correct
They don?t get orders right. Once again we wanted all sandwiches plain and we get everything on them! We like to put our own... condiments on our sandwiches. Hey look mane, I know times is hard and all but when ole Leroy rolls in for some lunch with his coworkers and has to listen to... the employees fight with each other y'all could give him more than one bbq squirt on his value rodeo burger. I drove through on my way to work this morning and was taken back on how rude the lady who took my order was. She acted like a... customer was the last thing she wanted to deal with. I placed my order which came with coffee and was never offered anything toput in it. The whole process really put a damper on my good mood. I?ll stick to other places to grab breakfast from now on. As I walked in, I visited the restroom, only to see it about as dirty as could be... There was, at least, paper towel & soap in... their respective dispensers (There was a full staff, and it wasn't busy enough to excuse the lack of service to the restroom). Igot in line, which wasn't long at all, and was serviced in a reasonable amount of time. I the presented my phone w/ a QR Code.The team member let out an audible *sigh*, and had to call the manager, in order to address the presentation of said code fromthe BK app... After that, I was given my change & receipt. I moved over to the waiting area. I should note, the rest of therestaurant was very clean, and there was even a surprising amount of holiday decor (which I, personally, appreciate). Therewasn't enough people in front of me, or in the drive thru, to justify the amount of time I waited for a single Whopper, giventhe amount of staff on hand, but there was a rather large order in front of me, so the want time wasn't completelyunjustified... A couple in front of me was becoming a bit frustrated about their wait time, though. I eventually got mysandwich, and made my way out of the store. All in all, it was an above- average visit to a BK, compared to my more- recentvisits to other locations, but, it would be remiss of me, not to again mention the unacceptable condition of their restroom. Incredibly slow drive thru and only received half of our order after the long wait. There is absolutely no reason why an... employee should receive more than minimum wage if they cannot even handle a simple task as fulfilling an order and placing foodin a bag. This goes higher than that as well and reflects on the manager as well. If you want to have respect an earn a higherwage as an employee, manager, or owner you must be willing to WORK for it and put in the effort. Read more
This place has really gone down hill. I went today to get some food and all of it was cold and stale. The chicken nuggets were... down right nasty and the two rodeo burgers were cold with old stale onion rings on them. The time before this when I went here,they forgot some of my food and it was old then too. They are serving old food that is past it's time. They don't clean thegrease traps very often so everything fried tastes like fish. I am just going to quit going here if they can't do any betterthan that. Service hasn't been too great either. The lady at the window seems to have an attitude more often than not. Read more
