Kind people and amazing food! I ordered take-out for my husband & I. We had the chicken tacos with a large side of rice & beans,... & I ordered chicken tamales to warm up for the next day. The food is so authentic, fresh, delicious, and flavorful! The tamalestasted fresh, warmed up for dinner the next day! It's so hard to find good, authentic Mexican food - this place is it! It's alsosuper affordable! We will definitely be returning for dine-in & more take-out! Read more

This is a hidden gem in Monticello! The place is clean, and well staffed. The best place for Tacos or authentic Mexican food... around. I recommend trying the Tacos Al Pastor! (Marinated pork tacos) the best I've had anywhere. Food is well presented, andyou will most likely take home left-overs! Read more
I only gave it 3 stars for atmosphere because it was really tight squeeze between tables and booths, but that didn't effect the... total overall experience. I had the chimichanga shredded chicken no beans extra rice, my bf has the taco salad, my daughter had3 steak tacos 1 chicken tamale and one pork tamale and a side of rice, her friend had 2 chicken tacos. My bf wasn't totallysatisfied with the taco salad, but the rest of us thought it was amazing. Big food portions, cooked perfectly and lots offlavor. Everything was hot and even though the restaurant was packed and had a lot of takeout orders our food came out so fast.I will definitely be going back. Read more
