Terrible. It?s better to just ask what the have then ask what they are out of the list is shorter that way. I have never seen a... McDonalds be out or the most basic items. Service was terrible by some of the team members not all the lady in the drive thruwindow slid the window open and reached her hand out for my debit card did the entire transaction and gave my card back withoutspeaking a single word despite me saying good morning. If you are going to have terrible customer service atleast have thequality of food or (items in stock) to back it up. I?ll be going elsewhere for sure Read more
I once thought that each McDonald's should be judged on it's own merit. It is looking more & more as if they each live up to the... same low standards set by the previous. Although the order was completed properly, the ingredients were skimpy, the dining room& men's restroom were ignored and the kiosk receipt paper was blank. Read more
Went there for breakfast at 6:30am on my birthday of all days. My wife and I both got a coffee and a sausage egg and cheese... McDuffie. We also got a stack of 3 hotcakes. We purchased through the drive up and were asked if we wanted cream and sugar withthe coffee. The wife said 2 sugars for each cup. The total came to $8 and some change. We get to the window the wife asked herto read back the order and the of course there were no hotcakes rang up. We get our food and park. Now the coffee had no sugarbut it definitely had creamer. Our breakfast sandwiches were terrible!!! The sausage was dried out and the muffin was hard. Thenthe hotcakes only had butter in the bag!! That's right no syrup. Placed an order with doordash, didn?t receive the milkshake, hot fudge sundae, or any sauces that i had ordered. I wasn?t even... notified that they were unable to do ice cream or milkshakes. Typically they?ll offer you a refund or something in exchange.They did not offer me anything this time. This has happened a few times. Read more
We were just through the driveway and when we placed our order they were out of coffee! ???? Then when we got our food our root... beer sure tastes like coke and we were missing a sandwich. Fries had ABSOLUTELY NO SALT on them and they were barely warm. I hada deluxe crispy chicken sandwich and my tomatoes were not even on my sandwich as they were beside my sandwich and so was 85% ofmy lettuce.....I don't know that we will be back. Read more
They were super busy when we got there and the lobby was closed... however, when we ordered, the gal who took our order made... sure to get our order correct and apply a coupon, even though it was being difficult lol. As we moved along through the line,the staff was SUPER friendly. The gal who handed us our food was super nice and personable... we got our food and it was allthere, the modified sandwiches were all made correct and the fries were HOT. I was impressed by the whole experience. After along day at Indiana Beach, it was nice to enjoy a fresh, hot meal before our journey home. Fish fillet was cold. Fries no salt at all. I think usually too salty. But this was none. Ordered 2 cheeseburgers w no pickle... extra onion. Got them with extra pickle and no onion. Just bad experience. 1st bad review ever Read more
November 21st @ 2:31 pm The only reason why I'm giving 3 star review is because of the woman working the intercom for drive... thru. She has zero customer service skills.
