For some reason they did not have very much to choose from on the menu. Another couple and I was there for hopefully a good... meal. So when it came time to ordering our food we were told we don't have... (most everything was not available) bummer. Thefood we did get it was good. We ate outside which I absolutely loved. We love coming to the Sportsman! Beautiful views while eating delicious food! The tuna bowl is my husband's favorite while I... like the Sportsman Famous Fish! They have a creative and fun drink menu, one that's typically different than most around thearea. If you're looking for a nice lunch or dinner on the water, definitely stop in! Read more
We had great service. I had a pastrami sandwich that was unlike any I have ever had. But it was fabulous. Husband had the... fried chicken and said best he has has on a very long time. Wasn't very busy s d sat in side looking out at the lake. My onlycomplaint AC was a bit high. Read more
Slight wait...about 30 minutes to get seated.....but well worth it!!! We love Sportsman Inn even though it's a 45 minute drive. ... We celebrated our dad's 90th birthday with a dinner here today. Our meals were so good. several had the coconut shrimp, several... had the fried catfish, and a salmon. Joan was our waitress and even though they were so busy with July 4 th boat parade goingon and it being a holiday weekend, she never made us feel rushed and she made the celebration special for my dad also. We had a fabulous experience! Beautiful setting on the river, with indoor and outdoor seating, although there's not much shade... outside. Live music, and places to dock your boat if you're on the water. Service was excellent. Haddock was delicious. Read more

We had a late lunch here on a Sunday for a family birthday. Coconut shrimp, chicken dinners, fish dinners and pork chops all met... with everyone's approval. I thought my pork medallions we're a bit dry, over cooked. Vegetable we're fresh and tasty. Ourwaitress was friendly and efficient. We've eaten here several times and always enjoyed it and usually need a take homebox. Outdoor seating available. Overlooks the lake. Read more
