A select few employees make this location, but over all this location is just awful. Several times food is left in the warmer... completely raw, or burnt to a crisp. Employees often sit around as if I am an inconvenience to them. I have even witnessedemployees giving out free food when a card didn?t work properly. Over all it seems this location just doesn?t care, I wouldrecommend any location over this one, especially if you work over night like I do. Read more
This place just keeps going down hill.. Half the time the specialty coffee machines have 2 or 3 of the 8 working. Pizza is... usually dried out burnt looking in the warmer. Now for lent they dont seem to be doing the veggie pizza.. Remind you that justthis location Read more

I ordered 2 large pizzas. When I got home I had 2 large pizzas but neither one was what I ordered. I was offered 2 new pizzas if... I wanted to go back and pick them up, but I was too tired. So, a free large next time was offered. But I paid for 2 and I triedto eat one of the mistake pizzas but couldn't. It is not one I care for. The pizza guy felt really bad about it. Caseys say they are equal opportunity employers - they are not. Their online app is faulty and loses applications on a regular... basis. I got customer service to call ADP (3rd party vendor) and find my app but the manager then told me there was no longer aposition open. He had hired someone and not told his assistant manager who set up my interview. My job was taken away by a badapp and bad management. Read more
Completely agree with E Jones. Tried calling to place a pick up order for over half a hour but no one answered. Stopped into... the store to place the order and the clerk didn?t know where the worker was. She stepped outside to talk to what I assume wasone of the managers, who told me it would be an hour before I could get an order as the worker wasn?t feeling well. I totallyunderstand when situations like this come up, but it is that same treatment Ed mentioned where you were treated like a completeinconvenience to them - no apologies whatsoever. The manager and the clerk went back outside the store to chat. Sorry Ibothered them for trying to give the store business. Read more
