Food was very good, but when I came to pick it up my order, it was not correct, and I had to wait for the cactus bread. The kids... working in the kitchen were very immature, joking around, and just visiting with each other. Went in at 5ish, the buffet was stocked well and fresh food was coming out at a steady, attentive pace. My child was waiting on... an item, asked about it, and they made it fresh for her. Very happy with it. Read more

Just came to Monticello pizza ranch 630 pm Saturday night. Pizzas all dried up on few pieces of dry chicken. Green bean... are mushy because they have bee out all day. Food on floor. We went in tonight and had a very pleasant meal. The staff were very busy keeping the buffet stocked and cleaned. They didn't... really stop. Asking how things were and cleared tables quickly. The crew working today need a huge high five as they trulykicked butt with customer service! The manager even came out to check. It's nice to see a good working crew on a pretty steadyevening. Nice pizza bar buffet. Had several kinds of pizza and a note telling folk to let the staff know if they wanted a specific type... of pizza, because they'd likely make some. Nice atmosphere, too. There were several folk wearing old time clothes eating there,polite and talkative. A couple young women walked in, sporting bare midriffs and tight sports cloths. My husband and I just ordered 2- 4 PC chicken dinners . Cold!! Each dinner had 2 thighs and 2 legs. Last I knew 4 PC chicken... dinner had a breast leg thigh and wing! Everybody days shop local, and then this is what you get. I'll go elsewhere sodisappointing! Read more
