Sadly my review of this place isn?t very good waited over 30 minutes for my order tonight after ordering the pizza while still... in Somerset the staff were not helpful in resolving the issue and appeared generally overwhelmed with the task at hand the onlystatement made when we finally had to flag down a employee in the parking lot,and being on hold for over 15 minutes on the phonewhich the line was still active and we could hear everything going on in the store the employee just stated we have a lot oforders? No further explanation or reasoning the app had said the food was ready 15 minutes prior to our arrival this place coulddefinitely benefit from better communication among team members and management in resolving customer?s complaints or questionsif I could give a negative rating I would this store has a lot of improvement to make before I or my family return Read more
We always order and pick up and everything is always good. Our pizza and chicken was good. However, yesterday our cheesy bread... had way to much garlic butter on it. There was so much that I put 4 half size paper towels under it to absorb the garlic butterfrom it. So it is 3:30 am and I?ve just been up with my granddaughter because she was in the bathroom sick.
