Food was not right! Evertime I go here. My food is wrong. They never have ranch. I tried to get the mushroom and Swiss burger... but the mushrooms was frozen! There isn't an option to give ZERO stars. Let's start with the front line. Shelby took our order. There was no greeting. She... walks up to the register and looks at us as if we were a bother. We give our order and in the middle of the order, she rudelywalks away to help two others in the drive-thru line. I ordered a coffee. She gives all of us a fountain cup, no words -nothing, there was no coffee cup. She sits the cups on the counter and walks away. I asked her for a coffee cup, she irritatedlysays, "I gave you a cup." So, I take the fountain cup to the coffee machine, but, there was no coffee. I stepped over to thecounter and asked for coffee from the front line, she turns around, puts her hands on her head, shakes her head in frustration,and takes the whole coffee pot and slammed it onto the counter to serve myself. I asked for cream, because it was also out atthe fountain station, and she slams it onto the counter. Good Lord, what a terrible customer service experience. The food? Whocould serve good food with that customer service? Please, just keep on driving somewhere else. FYI, I went to McDonald's for mycoffee. ???? Read more
This Hardee's is for the most part a good restaurant when it come to being on time with the food that's ordered, and their... customer service. Apparently they dont know how to make items on their menu, or just too lazy to make what it takes. Got BBQ bacon cheeseburger... combo, didn't have onion rings and only received half an order of curly fries. They @#$#@ you in the drive-thru. Read more
Waited 10 mins to be waited on in lobby. No greeting and order was messed up. After paying drink cups were not given and food... was lackluster and cold upon receiving it 10 mins later. Something needs to be done. Service was 20min total before receivingfood. Unacceptable Read more
