The food was good, but the service was amazing! The lady who took our order (I wish I'd gotten her name) was so helpful, and she... brought out plates and vinegar and checked on us later on. We were from out of town and hadn't been to a Long John's in yearsbecause there aren't any nearby. I'm so glad we stopped at this one. Good food fast service my wife and I ate for $14 and there wasn't many people there we do not like crowds
I stopped in for lunch today.. and after today's experience, I'm not sure why I don't stop here more often. I've been going to... the other fast food fish place, but lately I've noticed that their portions are and their prices are high. It does not appearthat Long John silver's has changed their portion size. I had two pieces of fish and a very large serving of coleslaw as well asa side order of fried clams. The clams were the best that I've had in a long long time. They were perfectly cooked and verytasty!!! As a matter of fact, the entire meal was almost worth the price! Every fast food restaurant has had to raise theirprice, and customers are trying to assess the value. Give Long John's another chance to make you smile!!! Read more

Waited in drive thru for 20minutes today. Only for them to give us half our order that I paid full price for. While I was... sitting at the window, I could tell the reason they cant get their job done, and done correctly, is because they're too busystanding around chitchating, then to even come to window for 20min so I can at least pay for it. Or give me my drink, and tellme sorry for the wait. When I finally did get the order I asked for tater sauce, and guess what, I ordered three meals right.They give me 1 packet of tater sauce. Needless to say, this will be the next place to shut down in Monticello, Ky. Read more
Monticello KY workers are rude..They roll their eyes at you when you ask for more tater sauce. I mean I'm Sorry I need more than... 2 packs. I was there today and the workers had their own family there and it was so loud. The food was awful. Need to spend moretime cooking then socializing with family. Read more
It was delicious and super hot and fresh. Service was very polite and quick.
