Was handed my drink in drive through and it was overflowing on to my hand and then my lap and center console. Had to ask for... napkins as the employee watched it happen. Drove away got to work and was given wrong order. Dont have time to return so had toeat what I was given. I realize workers are hard to find right now but how are you going to compensate me are returning customerfor this horrible service. Read more
Had the turkey club wrap and curly fries (duh) - the bacon was done perfectly and the seasoning was great!

Helpful staff. I went to bathroom and despite no toilet paper in bathroom they managed to get some to me even though i called... the restaurant from the bathroom. I get it. Life happens. I just laugh at it. Understaffed and under caffeinated on a day wherepeople where getting Spring Fever. Overall great tasty food and friendly staff. Awesome guys to order from. DELICOUS! The worker was very nice and very generous, asking us if we wanted sauce. Didn't catch her name but she had black and... red hair. The lemonade was kind of cheap tasting, but overall, recommend!!! The workers were all wearing masks and we're verypolite. Read more
It's the only Arby's in the Big Lake / Monticello area. On the main Monticello strip with shops and attractions nearby. Good... food and service. Read more
