Ordered for pick-up. The person working the area was new and appeared stressed. Took her forever to call for help. Took 20... minutes longer than original pick up time as a result her not having help, so by the time we got to eat it was room temp. Wingswere good, but my street tacos were soggy and fries were cold. First time eating here. Hoping this was truly a result of herbeing new - and not how things are normally done here. I ordered chicken tenders and was told they were out of batter. That's most of their chicken choices. So I ordered chips and... salsa. I had 2 chips that were not burned. when I sent them back the bartender/waitress argued with me. Saying when she had thechips earlier they were perfect. Had to wait for a counter attendant so I could order takeout. Went back to pick it up and had to wait again for an attendant.... Put the food in a thermal delivery bag and drove the 2 miles home just to find out the fries were ice cold and hard as a rock.Burgers were burnt to a crisp and the lettuce on mine shouldn?t be served to a hog it was so brown and old. Ordered over $300 worth of food tonight. Got 0/3 Onion Rings, 0/12 Blue Cheese, 0/12 Celery and Carrots. Fries were stale upon... arrival, wings had to be reheated as well, some wings had little to no sauce, some wings had a ton of sauce. Avoid this store atall cost. Read more
Not sure we will return. The food is always good but there are serious problems with food delivery. As I sit, our family of 4... has been here 45 minutes. One person's food came out after 15 minutes, the next person's food came out after 40, my husband'scame after 45 minutes, and I'm still waiting for mine. The explanation was that each item is rung in separately but I find itcompletely unacceptable that a chicken sandwich takes almost an hour to prepare and that our food isn't delivered at the sametime like every other restaurant does it. This happened to us about 6 months ago and my husband had to take his food to go. This time I wonder if that will be me. Read more
I won't lie our experience started off pretty subpar, because our waitress took over 10 minutes to bring us a menu. However I... went up to one of the managers there, Ryan, who promptly apologized and then started serving us and I have to say without ashadow of a doubt that Ryan is probably the best waiter we have had ever. Ordered wings like we usually do and there was more sauce on the parchment paper then there was on the wings. We also ordered... the nachos with the brisket added and the brisket tasted like it had been over cooked or in a warmer way to long. Table wasdirty when we were brought to a table once our waiter came to take care of us we asked if it could be cleaned and he took careof it.
