Went there today and decided to go inside due to the long drive thru line. We had to wait 20+ minutes for two beverages. They... only started our drinks when I finally went up and asked about them. When we finally did get them they were NOT what we askedfor. I asked for a blended chai and instead got something that tasted a lot like pumpkin. I didn?t want to end up waitinganother 20 minutes so we just ended up throwing them away. Don?t have intentions on coming back to this location, which isunfortunate as it is the closest one to home. Breakfast sandwich over microwaved and coffee at 5:30 am was lukewarm. What a disappointment from Caribou!
Came in this morning and got a burnet coffee and nicely told the lady and she immediately took it and didn?t say a word and... then all 5 employees I could hear talking disrespectful about me and my mother I was with. I told them thank you and to have agood day and they all just stared at me? not how I wanted my morning to start and not how I will be ever starting it again? I normally go to this location when I am running errands. Today I have a mixed review. First, the bousted blackberry lemonade I... ordered from there is probably the best I've ever had. Second, I ordered two ham and swiss sandwiches, both of them were crispyon the outside and frozen on the inside. I tried calling the location twice but no one has answered.
