No Stars ordered Tuna sub. There Subs are much smaller then they use to be. Must of been running low on tuna because there was... not much tuna in the sandwich. Very expensive for what I got. Freaky slow and not freaky fast at all. Usually when I order Jimmy John's at other stores, they are done making it by the time I... swipe my card. Instead it took 10 minutes to make my sandwich and I was the only person there. They also had bread just layingout on the tables where customers sit and eat. That didn't seem sanitary at all. We visited here when driving up to Brainerd andwill for sure avoid it next time! Read more
My wife picked up Jimmy John's on her way home at the Monticello Jimmy John's and ordered a Turkey Tom and a number 10 Hunters... Club sandwich. I was about to enjoy what was a roast beef sandwich, but I had no meat in my sandwich! Apparently makingsandwiches correctly is a difficult task. Called the store and inquired as to why my sandwich had no meat on it. I asked tospeak with the manager and they put me on hold and never picked up. I waited 10 minutes and then hung up. I guess the managerwas too busy to handle a customer concern. I would not recommend eating at this Jimmy John's unless you want your sandwichscrewed up. They obviously could care less about the customer as they view us as expendable. Jersey Mike's for us from nowon! Read more
