Pretty busy, very modern technology driven ordering inside. they call your number and you pick up your order, i got the app so i... added a promo, the promo code i scanned on my phone pulled up my personal info to the order, and had the deal added to the orderfor my buy one get one free quarter pounder with cheese. It only took a couple minutes to get my food even with many peoplewaiting for food in the lobby and the drive through all backed up. Interesting experience to say the least. Not like when i wasa kid. No complaints here! The service was incredibly fast and accurate. They kept the drive through line moving along. The food was... hot, drinks were cold, and the cashier even thanked us for our business. Something you don't always get at a fast foodrestaurant, especially on a busy Friday night. Read more
I recently went to this McDonald's to get some food and ice cream for my kids after school. I stood at the counter for a while,... being ignored by every employee that walked by. Finally, after about 5-10 minutes, a girl came to take my order and she wasvisibly high. Red, glossy eyes, barely paying attention, and couldn't remember a simple order for more than a few seconds. Sheasked me to repeat my order MULTIPLE TIMES in the span of about 5 minutes. It was last week that I visited this establishment,and I will not be coming back until I know she's no longer an employee. She had green hair and was wearing pigtails that day, Ididn't get a name, but I assume nobody else fits the description. Read more
Sunday evening went to the drive thru. Car in front of us left. We pulled up no acknowledgement that we where there. Husband... said hello response I?ll be with you in a minute. Over five minutes later still no one taking our order. While the other lanefor ordering two orders where taken. We left won?t be stopping ever again. Read more
I ordered a meal and a small fry in the drive thru. Got asked to pull around after being handed my drink. Gave me a sticky note,... never used that. Waited about 10 minutes. Finally went inside to figure out what was going on. Seemed the remainder of my orderhad been completely neglected. Gave them my receipt, got my bag of food finally and went to my car. Found they forgot my orderof fries for my meal. Went back to get that. So after 25+ minutes or so, finally had a fairly simple drive thru meal. Read more
Worst service I've ever gotten at fast food. I have little expectation of fast food to begin with but this has to be the... laziest place I've ever been. I ordered inside to go 3 kids meals and it took 20 minutes. No apologies for delay not even anacknowledgment we were even there. If I wanted to wait that long I wish I had actually gone somewhere that serves good food. Idid fast food to be fast. They left out all condiments and napkins and had none in the lobby and they put my food out andscurried to the back so I couldn't even ask for what they left out. Read more

Went inside to use the restroom, and was pleasantly surprised. The inside was really clean (it was about 9:45 at night) and the... place just looked amazing for a McDonald's. The trash can inside was even motion sensed! Just went through drive thru andordered nuggets. Came out really fresh and almost piping hot. Really impressed considering its a McDonald's. Keep it up!
