Got ignored for 32 minutes didn't even get asked what to drink . Had multiple waitresses walk past me . Helping people that came... after me. Been a waitress for 4 years . Not very busy so I don't understand why . Wasn't rude to anyone either . Ended upleaving. Read more
Waited 5 minutes at the counter just to get a French Silk pie to go... the server had to wait on me, employees talking in the... back. A cook had a spatula tucked under the front of his hat, NO hair net on. Some gal was chatting with him in the back...Tuesday around 7:15pm September 6th. I wasn't too impressed with this location. I didn't order breakfast though. My food was overcooked and the service was slow. ... I would have liked to order pie, but our server never came back to ask us if we would like any. We even needed to get up andask someone for a to go box. It wasn't busy. Read more

Food was average with other Perkins restaurants I have visited. Their pancakes seem to have shrunk yes my pancake platter was... the same size as my sons short stack. Bacon was only warm not hot. Eggs were very strange as scrambled eggs were more like Laceyegg scrapings. Also not hot. Floor throughout restaurant slightly slippery as if washed but not rinsed clean of the soap. Read more
?COVID-19? *Alert* The first picture is the whole open dining area!! The second photo is where The Waitress decided to sit some... one.A bit annoyed with this I looked around and noticed no one else in eyes sight,but this is where you seat people. The time is820 am on Presidents? Day. ?Oh yeah the temp outside is -26 without windchill, why would you seat everyone close to doors andnow our food gets cold super fast, we as customers stay cold. Service is fine. However, stop charging supply surcharge. It's not Covid times anymore and you can't punish and charge your... customers for lack of. It's not their fault or responsibility, it is yours as a business in the food industry. Read more
