I ordered on line for pickup. I came and sat another 30 minutes. Still no pizza and chicken. As I sat there I observed employees... working. One really stood out and not for good reasons. The entire time she would make fun of and faces at the older maybedisabled men when they walked by her. She pretended to gag and throw up, all the while flirting with the guy next to her. Facts- Costs about the same as other established buffets. They have 3 islands including pizza, non-pizza food, and a salad/cold... bar. Pros- You get full. If you don't like the options, you probably won't be going here anyway Cons- You get full but, it's abuffet and food gets wasted a lot. I don't like that. Yes I eat here somewhat frequent. Had a really good experience. There was a line at the door, but it did not take too long to go through, get checked in. The... place was full but we did find a seat after getting our drinks. Then we just went to the buffet and dished up our food. Busytime so they were always bringing out fresh items of pizza, dessert, and salad bar refills. Was really quick. Everyone wassatisfied in our group. Will definitely go to a pizza ranch again as I have children and it is very kid firendly in both foodoptions and atmosphere. Read more
Today was the average Pizza Ranch experience. Got there right about 5 PM. Much of the pizza had been sitting for a while so was... not that fresh or hot. The hot pasta too was cool and slightly hard, the tomato sauce to put on the pasta was thick and pasty.Nothing was bad, nothing was great. Again, very average. The staff was friendly and courteous. The personnel were very attentive. The buffet area was kept well stocked. Our empty plates were removed in a polite and... efficient manner regularly.
