Everything here is amazing! The atmosphere, the food and drink selections, and the service. Despite how crowded it was, our... server was with us immediately, had our drink orders to us in minutes, and to our surprise, our entrée orders were at our tablewithin 10 to 15 minutes of us ordering them. Watery salsa, stale store bought tortilla chips, margaritas made from cheap pre-made mix, and most of the food tasted like it... was frozen microwave Mexican food. The service was so bad that it took 30 minutes for the guy to even take our order. The waiternever refilled our drinks or even came with the check (we had to go get our own to-go boxes and check). This place was slightlybetter than the Taco Bell in town but at 4 times the price it wasn't worth it. The waiter even admitted that he had forgottenabout us. I definitely won't be going back, but it's unfortunate because we could really use an authentic Mexican restaurant inMonticello. When we get one it won't be this place. As someone who comes from San Jose CA where they have great Mexican food Ican say whole heartedly that this place sucks. Read more
We had a party of 4 adults and 2 kids. We we were there 6 pm on Friday. Very busy. Our order was 80% wrong requiring much... energy to get the waiters attention and to correct it took multiple trips. The food did not taste good. Their red sauce tastedlike bad ketchup. The margarita tasted not like any margaritas I have ever had. We noticed that many tables were havingproblems with their orders and were sending things back. My family probably won't be back. Read more
Just had dinner there tonight and I loved it! Had cheese enchiladas topped with steak and peppers - so tender! My husband's... carnitas was amazing! Good portion sizes. Friendly staff, great atmosphere. We definitely will be back! They share thebathroom with other businesses in the building and I have to say they need to complain to the building manager because thebathrooms were in bad shape. Sink in ladies room hanging away from the wall, just in need of basic repair s and paint etc. Men's room similar. Read more
Not only is the food fantastic but the service is amazing from the time we walked in the door the staff was extreamly attentive.... Wonderful place with good food, decent prices, staff was quick and very friendly. They care about the quality of the food which... was nice. Good aize portions too.We had a toddler with us. We did order her the cheese quesidilla but they brought us chickennuggets and quickly fixed her the right plate and left her with both options. It was our first time. We can say we will probablybe back. We also got lucky and got a table at the perfect time...I swear it maxed capacity with in 20 mins of us getting ourdrinks. So definitely popular, great business. The owners came to check if we needed anything and asked how it was and theywere helping the other staff which is nice to see. Teamwork makes the dream work! Definitely tasty fajitas for me. One of the most authentic, family-friendly, and successful restaurants in the local area. The food has never been disappointing,... and keeps me coming back for more. Everything is priced well for the amount of food and drinks that you can get, whether it befor one or multiple people. Perfect place for family and friends.
