Store was pretty busy ( yeah it?s Black Friday) and service was fast and really polite. Girls are doing great job.
Ive been there 2 times in the past month, they have disappointed me in not only the food service industry but also customer... service industry. As someone who is a supervisor is technically both, i am appalled by this type of behavior. My first visit wasokay, they made my drink wrong and i dealt with it but i was a little disappointed. I've worked in corporate food services andusually stuff is shown how to exactly make it. When i visited again, the teenager who was making my drinks made them wrong, andi politely asked her to remake them the correct way. keep in mind i ordered them a specific way in order to try to avoid beingmade wrong. she gave me attitude, and gossiped about me to her coworker right in front of my face. while they were giggling andlooking at me, she proceeded to make my drink incorrectly AGAIN, and gave it to me. after she threw the straw at me and didn'tsay a word. i am APPALLED by this behavior and will NOT visiting this Starbucks again. I suggest making the trip to the ElkRiver Starbucks, where they have never disappointed or treated me like nothing. Read more
It was super busy when I was there earlier this morning, but I must say that I?m super impressed with the manager on duty this... morning. With how crazy it was this morning and one in training and one still new and asking questions, I loved watching howshe was handling things and staying patient with them. Hit or miss location. It took them 3 tries to make one of my drinks that I have no issue ordering at other Starbucks
Good coffee. What you'd expect from any location. Plus the staff always seem to be upbeat and friendly. Just don't be in a... hurry.. There is no drive thru or ever close parking. With it being in a Target grocery store, you usually have to park prettyfar away. I don't mind walking, as long as I'm not pressed for time. Wouldn't be so bad if you could order online and just runin and pick it up fast, but they also don't allow ordering online.. I don't really like Caribou coffee that much but I findmyself stopping there often instead because I don't have the time to run into Target. It's so much faster as Caribou, which is abummer because I much prefer Starbucks coffee. However... I have been disappointed ever since they got rid of the SF CinnamonDolce syrup, but that's not a locational issue. My 3 stars is based on this location and the inconvenience of getting into it. Very nice employees. They gave me extra sweetener when the drink wasn't sweet enough for me, and they removed the foam off the... top of my drink as I requested. They were also very respectful of my service dog - gave him a huge pup cup, too! Read more
They forgot to make one of my drinks and they didn?t put the cup to make .But once me and my cousin asked them about it they... made it right away .They were so sweet about it and we apologized if it was a inconvenience because they were a little busy butshe said it was okay and not to apologize.Before is there was a costumer who made her remake her drink 3 times but she did itwith a smile on her face and never complained and was a very happy person to be around .Her name was Taya and she was a newworker it said .She is the best employee I have ever met there she is a 10/10 employee me and my cousin can?t stop talking abouthow amazing she was .We have worked in a food place since we where little because of my family?s business and it is nice to knowthat there are good employees who know how to treat people kindly .I would love to have a employee like her work my my family Read more
Not sure if all Starbucks locations are starting to do this but this one in particular, I noticed when I got my drink it felt... empty already. I addressed it with the barista who willingly offered an extra free shot with milk however the fact I had to askwas a huge dissapointment. With inflation, there's a lot that business are doing to strategically profit. However, I don't findthis to win people over continuously going into a recession when the prices have already increased significantly. Read more
