If they?re busy, don?t waste your time or money. Went through the drive thru, first window read back our order correctly. We... paid. Got the correct drinks but incorrect food. It happens. Went inside and told them the mistake. They handed the ?correct?food bag. Was still wrong. No one seemed to know where our order went and we walked away so aggravated. Read more

Line moves quickly. Most of the food was luke warm but it was 10 minutes before closing. Someone behind me was angry about... something but I didn't hang around for the drama. Usually reliably good and fast service. Read more

This young Spanish speaking family of 4 were shorted a chicken sandwich in the order they paid for. This poor mother had to go... back to the counter THREE times to feed her kids because the disinterested worker turned her away TWICE! I didn?t need to speakSpanish to know what was going on. I had to leave my table to stand behind the counter with her husband to be sure she got it.The way he was received when FINALLY getting the order they PAID for made me sick. Read more

lines are always long but the workers are polite and keep everything moving. food is hot and anytime we've had an issue (missing... item for example) it's been corrected quickly. Read more

Boy Scouts of America were meeting here. Nice to see in this day and age. The crew here is wonderful! Helpful, kind, and on... their toes. Juval, I think he's the shift manager, was excellent in helping us with our order: he even made fresh decaf for mymom!!! Also, a very polite young woman (can't remember her name, but it starts with a "K"), didn't hesitate to top off my coffeewhen I was leaving. A very nice McDonald's overall. Placed a mobile order for an unsweetened iced tea in the mobile app. Arrived in lobby of store, found no one on the counter,... orders piling up, and 5 people working the drive thru ignoring the inside line. Minutes later, finally, a woman comes andstarts taking orders, and the line literally stretched across the store at this point. No one helping her, no one baggingorders. They are only preparing orders from the left screen at the station (DT) and ignoring the right hand screen. I saysomething to an apparent manager (white, male, blue untucked shirt, I overheard the name Charlie). He was so triggered at theidea of customers being unhappy, he WALKED OUT OF THE STORE. 5 more minutes later, I was given my tea -- missing the lemons,because they hadn't gotten around to cutting any, and she spilled my drink while putting the lid on, and gave it to me with thesticky sides and underfilled. It took 5 more minutes to get my receipt (they ended up giving me someone else's). And... THEYGAVE ME THE WRONG DRINK! I just left at that point, it wasn't worth the fight. When I was 16, I proudly worked at thislocation. Now, I wouldn't recommend it to an enemy. Read more
