This Subway is very clean, and the food is fresh. The STAFF IS NEW AS WELL, AND VERY PLEASANT... NOTE: This *"SUBWAY"* is... WITHIN THE GAS STATION, "RACEWAYMART" at 37 Raceway Road, just about 1 mile South of Monticello Racetrack. THEY ARE THE NEWOWNERS OF BOTH THE GAS STATION/MARKET AND THE SUBWAY..! VERY, VERY, PLEASANT OWNERS... Greet you when you walk in give theimpression that they are THANKFUL FOR YOUR BUSINESS...! **THIS IS A HUGE DIFFERENCE FROM THE PRIOR OWNERS,** who would ignoreyour presence, talk on their cell phones, snotty, and make you wait until they were good and ready!* WHAT A PLEASURE TO GO INTOTHIS GAS/MART & SUBWAY. Very friendly owners. Excellent Subs. clean environment. used gloves to make sandwiches. Wipe down and cleaning constantly.

I have a very restrictive diet. Subway is one of the few places on the road I can have something to eat without having issues. ... This place has been a great disappointment. They are never open to the hours they have posted. Yesterday we pulled in seeingthe OPEN sign under their Subway sign. Went in only to find out they had closed. With a rather abrupt tone I told the guywearing the Subway shirt "You can at least turn off your OPEN sign, here I thought you were open. This happened shortly after7:00 pm last night. This is not the first time. I'm planning on contacting the Subway corporate office to lodge an officialcomplaint against this franchise owner. Read more
The hours on the door do not match reality. Sign said 7am. They actualy "open" at 9 am, but they're not ready to make... sandwiches until 915. Bad business practice. Read more
around 3:30, my family and i stopped here to get sandwiches on the go, we were very hungry. i went in with both my sisters and... got a footlong and a 6in. the first thing i noticed was the atmosphere around the employee, she seemed like she hated her joband had absolutely no enthusiasm. many sauce bottles were running out and she had to get new ones while making our sandwicheswhich indicated that they hadn't been replaced at the appropraite time. there was also a fly flying around the ingredients andit was crawling on the boxes which was absolutely disgusting. we got the footlong cut in half. when we got back in our car, weunwrapped it to find a hair hanging out of the side closer to the middle. that means it was in between the halves. we went backto get a refund and got pizza from the place right across. i was so pissed bc this was honestly such a big inconvenience. nevercoming here again, someone couldn't pay me to.
