This is by far the worst Taco Bell in New York State. I have literally never once come to this Taco Bell and the order be done... correctly the first time. At this point I EXPECT to leave feeling unsatisfied. Workers are extremely unprofessional; loudlycomplaining about customers, having to remake orders or having to work in general. The dining room was a mess. MAYBE one to twotables looked clean enough to eat off of, otherwise the tables were disgusting. They had obviously not been cleaned in sometime. The drink area looked as though it hadn't been cleaned since that morning, or possibly yesterday. It was a completecatastrophe. The floor was riddled with trash and bits of food. Behind the counter in the kitchen I could see a pile of trashthat had been swept up but not put in the garbage, and it appeared nobody was making an effort to do so. The bathroom was out oftoilet paper, and every single item in my order was either wrong, burnt or tasted disgusting. It would also appear that someindividuals who work at this particular Taco Bell completely ignore item modifications. So watch out if you happen to beallergic to anything or are vegan. They might straight up not make what you ordered! So check your food carefully if you happento make the mistake of eating here. It appeared as though every inch of this Taco Bell was neglected much needed cleaning. Itreally is simply one of the worst fast food restaurants I have ever been to. Read more
A nice place that had well-cooked TB food. Good CS - the lady behind the counter was fielding both in-store and drive thru... orders, which isn't an easy task. The soda machines and bathrooms could be improved though. Read more
So the line had one car ahead of me just to place an order and about 4 or 5 more cars waiting in line for their order. I waited... 10-15 mins... car didn't move before I left. Another time( recently same month) was only accepting cash ( I never carry cash).Nothing on the staff because those things are out of their control. If I go back I'll update. Read more
Couldn't make items due to lack of products. Every table was dirty and we had to ask for a rag to clean our table. They put... dairy on my food and I have a food allergy. Read more
Absolutely RUDE. worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The lady in the drive through was rushing us, and very rude... about everything. I had ordered a mango freeze with whip for my drink and she handed it to me, with the lid off and it wasdripping everywhere. Didn’t give me a napkin either to clean it off. Then when she handed us our food she practically threw itat us. Read more
I live on long island and every tacobell i go to on long island messes up my order. This location did not mess up my order and... one of the things i ordered was chips and cheese and they actually put cheese in the container usually by me they put thelittlest drop of cheese thats good enough for one chip Read more
I've been skeptical of visiting a past favorite in Taco Bell, and after my recent visit rightfully so. After all of the items... that have been taken off the menu is a bit disappointing already so when they run out of chicken or beef it's even worse! Now Ionly bought 2 small items on this visit, but the wait time was crazy for my order. I waited over 25 minutes for 2 small itemswhich I find unacceptable! After receiving my food I ordered something to go for my family in which they didn't give me myentire order after another long wait. I probably will not be coming back to this Taco Bell. I used to visit this establishmentoften but as time goes on this location has gotten worse and worse. Read more
