I\'ve ordered a mocha a few times I\'ve been there to give it another chance. I\'ve even questioned that they put the chocolate... syrup in to make it the mocha I was ordering. It only tastes like slightly warm slightly warm chocolate milk every time. I\'veeven purchased additional shots to make it have some flavor. Love the shop itself though And have purchased something the last 2times I\'ve been there. The big goods were pretty good but our breakfast burritos left us both nauseous but we also don\'t dowell on processed food. That was a while ago and I haven\'t ordered anything since so it might have changed. I\'ve tried thecaramel machiato there as well and there was hardly any flavor. Read more

I am wondering why I received chopped chicken on a bun when I ordered a grilled chicken on panini (menu item, not special... order)? It was tasty but not what I ordered. I would have given 5 stars but I wasn\'t informed of the substitutes & since thiswas a carry out, I did find this out until down the road. I may have changed my mind when ordering.\n\n** Please, no need torefund.
