Went to subway today and noticed the door was closed, so looked on the door and read the hours, should?ve been open the time we... came, according to the hours posted on the door. So a lady came up and pointed to another sign that said temporarily closedwhich I said oh ok that?s fine, until I looked inside and heard them yelling to us, ?can you not read!? ?Go away?. This wouldhave been totally fine if they had politely told us they were temporary closed for a staff meeting and we would have left andbeen just okay, but for there staff to treat us like that just for not seeing a sign that was written in horrible handwritingmight I add. Terrible place to eat. I was traveling through the town and my first experience was great the young lady that helped me was... amazing she was the only one there to help me and everyone else I guess the other employees had all left. I came back throughyesterday around 2:30 and decided I'd stop in again. I had a terrible experience. It was really slow and one of the young ladiesworking was messing around and being rather annoying with horrible manners and customer service. My sandwich was made wrong andmy bread was doughy and soggy but I just wanted to get out of there so I dealt with it. I don't think I'll ever return. so gross Read more

The people who work here don't care about the quality of customer service or the quality of your food. I have continually had an... awful expierence with the workers, they're rude and mess up the order every time, especially online ordering. If you pickcurbside they won't even bring it out. I asked for my sandwich toasted and it was cold the lady was quick to say she did toastit so we asked her if they could re roast it she said no she couldn't because of other customers even after we already paid forit, we offered to even pay more for it to be re toasted and she continued to ignore us. I honestly don't come here unless i haveto, i hate coming here because they're customer service is so bad i wished they could hire more polite workers. Read more
Absolutely ridiculous! Checked online first to make sure they were open before I ordered through the app. It said they were open... until 9pm. I ordered at 7pm ish. Ordered. Paid. Went to go pick up and they are closed! Closed right before 8pm...even says ontheir door that they are open until 9pm. Clearly not. You need to update your times. I hope I can get a refund. Read more
