Ordered a steak sub and it was made with meatballs and then was told its my own fault when I called about it

Food is good and tasty. But my sub was messy and falling apart. And the prices are more expensive than the last time I was at... one last fall. The prices keep rising up for same amount of filling... not good. Read more
8/23/2021 7:00 pm Worst service ever and incompetent employees working. The Guy making and wrapping up my sub was not paying... attention to what he was doing and was more worried about what his friends were doing and packaged my sub part of it unwrappedin the plastic bag with all the veggies at the bottom the other part wrapped up all nice. 2/12/2022 Ordered four subs with 3with extra meat on them and as you can see in the photo there is not extra meat. I called to get this fixed and the lady wasarguing with me about it and you could here the girl in background saying she didn?t do it correctly. They refused to fix myfood this is the second time now in 5 months that I have had problems here. Read more
Never call in an order! We were in a hurry so we called in our order. I ordered a footlong chicken pizziola with chicken breast... instead of strips, double meat and light sauce. Got chicken strips, regular meat (even though I was charged for double), and aton of sauce. My girlfriend got the American club and they put spinach instead of lettuce and pickles and cucumbers instead ofthe banana peppers she asked for. Thankfully my sons cheese pizza was easy to make. Very unprofessional employees. Normally we have no issues and the service is great! Today however it was not. We asked for... Italian herb and cheese bread for one of our subs. I could tell as he was cutting it that the bread was to fresh to be used. Ashe cut it the bread was both thin and flat. I asked the manager, or employee in charge if he could remake it because thesandwich would have fallen apart. She said he could remake it. As my daughter and I sat there eating another lady came in andordered the same kind of bread. The lady also complained about the bread. The manager or employee in charge told the lady therewas nothing wrong with it and she would eat it. The lady left and my daughter and I continued to eat. The manager in chargecontinued talking about the customers complaint loudly with a guest and her crew. She continued to say there was nothing wrongwith the bread and the lady complaining was just looking for a discount! I have worked at subway before and not only was thisperson wrong but she was unprofessional and not setting a good example for the crew that was working with her. We enjoy subway,however if this is the way the staff deal with customers, we will be finding another ah way to go to. Read more
The girl with the dyed red hair deserves a raise! She took a huge line completely by herself, it was ridiculous that she was by... herself! She did a stellar job but it was definitely unfair to put all of that stress on her. Management needs to do better andmake sure she is not alone next time. The only reason I put 3 stars and not lower is because of her and her service!! And shewas still smiling the whole time! The world needs more people like her. Read more
