Finally, a place that has Mexican food similar to real Mexican food. It is hard to find compared to the west coast authentic... style Mexican cuisine. Well this for Vermont is it. Try their combos worth every penny. Their street tacos are mix and match andhalf the price compared to the horrible tasting place called Mad Taco down the street. This is my pick even over burlington areaMexican inspired places. Read more

We shared the nachos, which were fairly good. The service was stellar, however. My drink was strong, but I?m a wimp so I?m sure... they?re the perfect strength for others. Staff was wonderful, everyone was very nice, but Rick was really, really fantastic. Hewas super busy but still took time to check in, and he?s also super friendly. Thanks for a great experience, Rick! Read more

I just ordered food through the website for takeout. I ordered two extra sides of cilantro lime dressing. After waiting for a... bit after the time I asked it to be ready, it was brought out to me. I brought out to my car and double checked it. It did nothave the extra dressing that I specifically paid for. I went in and explained only to be told that it wasn't on my receipt. Which I showed them my screenshot of my order and the email confirmation. Two more people came out to ask what I needed andthey seemed annoyed and then reluctantly gave me one of the tiniest sides I have ever seen. Plus I asked for no tomatoes on bothorders of tacos and they came with tomatoes. Needless to say, I have been a customer for years but they lost my returnbusiness. Read more

I've enjoyed Julio's for years, but the pandemic brought a pause in eating out. I'm so happy to be back and enjoying the food at... Julio's. The ingredients taste fresh, the food tasted better the new layout is great, with the front opened to the street andthe old bar welcoming you as you enter. My suggestion, take a few minutes and go to Julio's to enjoy a Montpelier landmark. They've been feeding and pouring drinks in town for over 30yrs and are better today that they were 5 yrs ago. I should have not tried Mexican food in Vermont. Their food are decent, probably most people's favorite in VT. It might not be... for Mexican food lover from the south. There was lacking in flavor. Read more

The staff was very friendly and professional;... the atmosphere was quite enjoyable; and the food was absolutely amazing! I ordered the queso y chorizo, and fajitas.
