Friendly staff, but the person taking my order dident use glove, touching the pita touching the counter, refilling the salad... dressing, and God knows what else, the cook didn't use gloves prepping the meet for the pitas, I had the platter after I sawnobody using gloves, but it vas 90% rice potatoes and salad, and just a bit of chicken, I would not go back. Absolutely terrible experience. The staff prioritizes mobile orders over clients physically in the store. I had to wait over 30... minutes for a combo platter because the lady at the counter made 3 different mobile orders before even addressing me and had tomake a new batch of potatoes because she used them all on the mobile orders she was preparing in front of me while I waswaiting. She then proceeded to take everyone else's orders as new clients came in and prepared all of them before giving me myorder. If you like Amir's food, I would strongly advise to go to the store on Jean Talon which is much better service-wise. Iwill avoid this store at all costs moving forward. Read more

Amir restaurants are losing popularity, this location is not helping. The portions are not meant for adults, but of course the... over cooked rice's portion is doubled in my plate to make it seem like a huge plate. This has been the second time I order fromthis Amir, and it's always the same things, same bits and pieces I'm also reading (pattern!!!) from other fellow google localguides: - Rude person on the phone - Coupons apparently not being valid anymore - Portions and to add a new one, dirty lettuce(see my photo and zoom). Giving them one star was generous. Horrible customer service and horrible receptionist. She was extremely rude from the very... beginning. She put us on hold numerous times. After waiting more than 40 mins for my order we called back and her response was,?well it?s suppertime so delivery takes anywhere from 45-1hr. We patiently waited until 1h10 mins and still NO food. When wecalled back she basically told us it left about 2 mins ago. In the end we ended up cancelling the order and getting our supperfrom elsewhere. Read more
