I can see in the review section that I'm not the only one that got robbed. Yesterday I ordered from Skip the Dishes a pizza from... that location. They accepted my request and never delivered my food. And I couldn't even track the driver because they havetheir own delivery guy. Wasted my night waiting for my meal. I only ordered from there because my favorite pizzeria is closed for vacation. I had a craving for pizza and they ruined it for... me. Do you know what it's like to eat pizza without enthusiasm? The pizza looks like it's been frozen and reheated. It was roomtemperature, and the cheese isn't even melting. Every bite is a disappointment. Twice I ordered online from double pizza Charleroi and it takes 1h30min before I get my order. Once they just never showed never... ordering their again. When you complain about it the delivery guy blames it 9n the owner. Read more
Order online, recieve my order only to notice I'm missing the McCain cake I ordered (also the main reason I opted for double... pizza to begin with). Get customer service on the phone... To be told that because it's new on the menu that not all stores haveit yet. However apparently we are perfectly capable of being charged for these phantom menu choices. So they're GRAND SOLUTIONwas a credit next time I CALL (which I order online for a reason) for the amount of the cake. However that means I now must makeanother 10$ order just to be allowed to make use of said credit. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE.
