I ordered online , it was pretty fast . I was kind of worried after reading the reviews . The pizza is eatable , I don't think... the cook knows how to make the cheese inside the crust . I ordered that but its not what I got . I ordered a second pizza withthin crust ..... the crust was not as thin as expected but it was smaller than the second pizza I ordered .The kids liked it . Honestly it?s a shame that I have to one star because they don?t even deserve that. I place my order , I received my order... confirmation PLUS on the app it states that my order is being prepared & it?s on the way. After an hour of waiting - I call tosee what is going on. To find out the my order has been canceled because they need to reconfirm my order - they couldn?t get intouch me with through phone because I had messed up my phone number by one number. But then why would I receive an emailconfirmation, why would the app state that my order is on the way?? Also if my order was canceled why wouldn?t I receiveanything stating that ! After going around in circles with the agent on the phone they still expected me to pay for my orderwhen it states that if you don?t receive your order within 40 minutes it?s free. Agent didn?t offer anything as compensation norshowed any empathy. This was my first time ordering from this place & my last. Canceled my order because I was just so fed up.Horrible service Read more
I ordered and for some reason it said it would take 90 min to come. I waited almost 3 hours before I had to call and cancel the... order. Also for some reason you can?t call the restaurant directly, they have centralized call center and take phone calls andthey can?t even tell you if the delivery man did in fact leave the restaurant with you order. Anyway, canceled my order and theypromised my money back. It?s been 3 weeks and I still don?t have my money. So they still have my money for pizza I never got.And I also tipped in advance for a delivery guy that never showed up. Needless to say I will never order from them again. Read more
1st time we ate, whole family got sick and had food poisoning. Decided to give another go today, crust was super oily and not... cooked properly. Was soft and super pale instead of your usual crunchy golden crust. Maybe oven wasnt hot enough for the panpizza? Not enough toppings and not evenly distributed. So done with this bs. Read more
