Honestly the worst. Drive through unattended for at least 10 minutes. Staff inside on her phone while customers waiting. Will... never go back . If I could give a lower rating than 1 star, I would. it is not getting any better, went to order inside wastold to go through the drive in, went to the driver in, after 10 minutes the attendant came out to tell us to go inside andorder inside. Tim Hortons is getting terrible everywhere . Read more

Just close this Tim Horton, you make them look really bad. Only one or two girl who works there is good the rest is terrible... they don?t want to work. Read more

Every time I come here, the service is incredibly slow. I fully understand that the employees must work hard, and I commend... their efforts. Unfortunately, however, it?s more than a handful of times now (passed a dozen for sure) that I?ve waited *over*15 minutes for a simple order (sometimes without any cars ahead of me in the drive through). In this review, I?m taking intoconsideration all time periods (morning, afternoon and night). The amount of mistakes in my orders became frustrating too aftera while, especially with the coffee?s. I usually order black coffee, with no sugar. I always specify clearly; yet, 6/10 times Ireceive a coffee with 1 or more sugars in it. I?m genuinely not a picky person, so even with the mistakes I never complain andjust move on, but at a certain point even I get fed up or annoyed. To summarize, I?m sure everybody works hard to make itthrough a day filled with customers and orders, but the experience could definitely use a tune-up. There are a handful of TimHortons across the city that surpass the average customer experience, which is what I hope this one achieves some day. Read more

I've been to a lot of tims, but this is by far the worst. Figured the first slow miserable experience was a one off, but second... time there was even worst. Took about 5 mins to place my order trying in both french and english, watching the wrong items popup on the screen. When I got to the window they told me the steeped tea and old fashion plain donut I ordered aren't actuallythere and fumbled around a bit before they could contest the price to charge me. Read more

We ordered 2 coffees, 1 green tea with three sugar and three breast-fast options (all the same). Than when we tried to pay for... it all we realized the lady had only given us one breast-fast sandwich. She tells us to wait outside and that she?ll get someoneto hand it to us there. We waited about 10 minutes until we realized that it was taking too long. So, we go inside and the ladyjokingly says that she forgot about our order. As if that wasn?t enough instead of giving us green tea with three sugar she gaveus coffee with three sugar. Truly the worst experience I?ve ever had at a Tim hortons. Read more
