Can?t really say enough about the level of service that I got! I had ordered a custom cake for my friend?s birthday, and right... from the get go, they were ready to assist, and walk me through the different cake options that they have available. When wefinally decided on the cake and style, she kept me up to date regularly, when I had inquiries, I was able to call in (maybe abit too much, but this was for a 30th birthday, so a big deal), and was treated with the utmost kindness and respect. As asmall business owner, customer service is imperative for me, and they more than delivered. And the final product left mespeechless. Well, this place accomplishes what it is established to do - sell an eclectic selection of cupcakes and doughnuts. Good for a... change. However, for desserts, I still prefer the old reliable gourmet cakes and other desserts available at French patisseries- personal taste I suppose. Read more
