3 Amigos is a restaurant within the Palais des Congres complex. Arriving, the place was empty, but as it was early it was ok.... Got seated quickly and served with complimentary nacho chips and salsa. The menu is large, and also serve non-Mexican items suchas burgers. Food came quickly and the portions are big. Unfortunately it had hardly any taste. The enchiladas were bland and sowere the other items on the plate. Other points of criticism: the music plays pop-music which does not go well with the Mexicanambience. To top it off, the waitress seemed uninterested, even chewing gum. Not recommended. Read more
I have been to many 3 amigos locations in the past, but this is the only location that I frequent without hesitation. I work in... the old port, and I always look forward to stopping here for a quick drink and friendly conversation with the bartender Manelafter a long day at work, and I’m sure the colleagues I sometimes come with would say the same. The restaurant itself has abit of work to do regarding organization and preparation, but the interaction and service by the bartender makes it allworthwhile. The drinks are always amazing but I have little to say about the rest of the staff as most don’t seem to careabout client interaction. We were a group of 8 people who have been to other locations with great food and service. However, this location had... watered-down drinks, food overcooked. Chicken wings with fries were dry and greasy. The food took over an hour to arrive! Again,drinks were waterdown and not nearly what a piña colada & mojito taste like. Once mentioned to the waiter. She did an attemptto resolve the matter., but the manager was rude! Management refused to speak to us and come to our table. The waiter tried todo what she could, but it was a management that was rude and waved her arms and singled our table. What a lack of professionalsand management in dealing with situations. Once are bill was processed and given they overcharged us! Management said that theprices were on another menu. We were shocked! And of course, after arguing our case. Seated pretty quickly by the hostess and provided menus then completely ignored for 20 minutes and left. Other tables had been... seated after us and had orders placed and drinks delivered. Wasn’t overly busy as it was after a rush. Was looking forward toa margarita ???? Read more
Awesome food, big portions. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Highly recommended.
Worst service we ever had, firstly we came after this Mexican family we ordered the same food but ours came in less than 3... minutes yet this Mexican family had to wait for longer meaning they gave us microwave food while preparing for this otherfamily. Secondly our salad as you can see in the picture was am sure from yesterday. Never will we go back ever again. Read more
The service was too slow. We didn’t have ustensils so waited for the bartender to get us some. They gave me a way too dirty... glass at first. My friend asked for a virgin strawberry daiquiri it didn’t have taste so asked for a mango one also didn’thave taste. The waitress was nice taking it off from the bill however I asked as I forgot the name something like fajitasalready made which was quesadillas but ended up taking enchiladas that were not that tasty. Will never return, avoid and go anywhere else. Ordered our food and watched customer after customer who arrived after us get... their food before ours. Asked about our orders to get told soon everytime. Other customers near us were having the same issue sonot sure what's happening in their kitchen. After over an hour and 15 minute wait, we decide to leave and go elsewhere. We arethen met with oh, it's coming please wait as the waitress walks out of the kitchen with our food. Extremely disappointing.Restaurant didn't have as much staff as they should have. Waitress/hostess looked frazzled and tried her best. Food was mediocreand was all around a bad experience. Read more
