Went there and go told off by "justin". Worst service ever and pretty sure they spiked the poutines because they brought them in... the back and came back with them. Why did you brought them in the back?? So suspicious like cmon, and on top of that they talkedto each other in a foreign language to make it even more creepy. Never going there again and filing a massive complaint. He wasso mean to his coworkers also. Wich is intolerable in front of everyone in the restaurant. WORST A&W OF Read more
BEST A&W in Montreal by far, they have the nicest staff, and super quick service, I eat here every week and always enjoy... myself. Super clean and always a positive atmosphere. Keep up the great work! Read more
Update: Have been twice since and was served by a very nice employee. She was super friendly and made me feel welcomed. Took the... time to explain menu items and was polite too. I know how hard it is to find employees these days, but something has to be donehere. I genuinely don't even want to step foot into this A&W again. The young girl who served me was unbelievably rude. I toldher that I wanted a cheeseburger with lettuce and tomatoes. I'm not really familiar with their menu, and my request was quitesimple, yet she looked at me rudely and confused, pointed at the menu and said "Huh? What do you want from our menu?" ... Iliterally looked up at the menu, and named the first burger I saw: "I'll take a mama burger, remove everything, and add lettuce,tomatoes and cheese." She then rolled her eyes, whispered to her colleague, and proceeded to sit on a chair in clear sight, andtext away while I waited 30 minutes for two items. A couple walked in, and she didn't look up from her phone, so they stoodawkwardly at the desk not knowing what to do cause no one had greeted them. She finally got her nose out of her phone and said"what's your order?" not even a HI. That's the bare minimum in a customer service position. People expect so much from smallbusinesses, but accept horrible service from these chain fast food places! Super sad, this place is always busy too!! Seems like their ventilation system in the kitchen is broken because the smell of the cooking oil (or/and the oil from the beef... patty) is way too strong. The floor is also very dirty. The food and the staff are nice but the dinning environment inside thisrestaurant is bad. Read more
There were tons of bugs flying around They have a big sign saying open 24 hours but they aren't. They wouldn't let me stay in to... eat even though they weren't closed yet, the cashier seemed high on coke but the food was really good so they get a star forthat. Probably great during the day but avoid at night Read more
Good location in front of metro beaudry. The place has wifi that works well. Bathrooms available if you dine in (cashier will... have to buzz you in) Coffee and chicken buddy burger i had were both good. Will come back Read more
If you like bad service, food thrown at you and cold food this is the place! I ordered fries and they were thrown on the place... mat, no container and they were cold. The picture is actually how I received my order. I was totally surprised how I was giventhe fries. Why would anyone think it is OK to give your food in this condition. AND COLD!
