The food is good but the tables meant for eating were sticky/filthy and there were cigarette botches left in a corner of the... room. Not interested in eating there again, the employees didn't seem to care about cleaning the place to decent A&W standards. Read more

One of the slowest A&W in MTL. I had to ask them where my order was after 10 minutes of waiting (for a small soda that I had... ordered separately after finishing my meal). I went with I friend. It was my first time there. We were walking by and thought it was a good choice just to get some fries and... a drink. Nobody was there so in an empty Restaurant one would expect two fries to take two minutes to prepare. However it tookover 10. The staff shift had just changed and none of the employees starting even knew there was an outstanding order as theystood and chatted with each other. service speed is normal. the cleanliness of the inside is normal. The taste and hot of the burger is normal. It is not bad,... but it's not perfect either. it's not crowded. large area. toilets may be cleaner. and please change that soap. Read more
Never again ! All the employees working there ( most of them pakistanis ou hindi ) are disrespectful! You ask for a coffee and... they be chatting together not taking care of your order or taking their time while doing it. Id have fired them already! Theydon?t deserve to work as the are lazy !
