Beyond disappointed with the manager at this restaurant. We came in to enjoy our favourite pizza, my order was made wrong by the... kitchen twice. By the time our waiter arrived to tell us this our 8 other guests had long since finished eating. So I acceptedthe mistake (not enjoying it in the slightest) as I was hungry and was so disappointed that I wanted to leave. When we came topay I asked to waiter that surly I won?t be charged for this debacle. Sure enough the actual manager comes at me with insultsand a patronizing tone as if I were the one to have made a mistake, in front of all the other guests at the restaurant. And sureenough making me pay for the error THEY made. I was SO infuriated I had to leave. I?ve been coming to this restaurant for wellover 10 years and I have never been so disrespected. Read more
Takeout order tonight... 2 people took my order and neither got the pizza order right, even after reading it to me... having... said that, I believe the pizza would have been really good if it was correct. But just not tonight. The salad was good. Theraspberry sauce was very strong on the cheese cake. The garlic bread with cheese was the winner. Read more

They mistakenly brought us an Hawaian pizza "without the ham". When we told yhem about the mistake, they were very kind and... brought a new one with extra cheese. Also gave us the prrvious one for free! Mistakes always happen in busy restaurants but theywere quite good and generous when fixing it. The pizza is amazing as always! Read more

We?re from NYC and my friend that is born/raised in Montreal raved about how good the pizza is here. Naturally, we had to give... it a shot because it?s always a great time trying out a familiar food made in a different way. It was so delicious! Amazing place. Looks like nothing from the outside. Very cozy bring your own wine family owned pizza place. Waitress was very... friendly. We had 2 medium pizzas, one classic and one five cheeses . Was too much for us. Now we have amazing leftovers. Crustis super flaky and rich in flavor. We are coming back next week to try their subs. Ever since they started using delivery services like Uber eats and doordash the delivery quality has gone completely downhill.... The pizza is ice cold and arrives with toppings having slid off the dough. I have only order pizza from these guys for the last7 years, at minimum once a month. They should rethink their delivery options and revert to doing it themselves if they want tomaintain their standards. Read more
