Love the chicken but hate the service.We ordered 3 times from this location and it?s always 30 to 45 minutes late for when we... asked for it and we get attitude when we call to get a status. I won?t be spending a penny with these guys. Read more
The food there is great. This used to be our favorite restaurant to have our food delivered from. Unfortunately, we had to stop... ordering from there because they were making too many errors in our orders. We would phone in and they would try to fix theirerrors (most of the time they would send us the missing items), but twice they failed to do so. The first time this happened,they sent us the wrong size poutine, but when we called in to let them know about it the manager said they had sent us the rightsize. We let it go and figured we would give them a second chance. After that, they still kept making mistakes from time totime, and it was annoying, but they would fix them as quickly as possible (we would order at least once per week for a family of5 and pay in advance, so we were ordering a lot). However, on a another occasion they forgot to send one family size poutine(this would happen often). So, we phoned in and they acknowledged their mistake and told us that the delivery person would bringit to us ASAP. He did but he wanted to charge it again as if it was a new order (I had already paid the poutine so I declined).He actually phoned his boss or whoever but they weren't able to resolve the issue at our satisfaction. Good price/value, but ordering online can be messy, two times they delivered me different things (different and of lesser price)... than the ones are ordered without any explanation or rebates. You better check twice what you received before paying. Read more
The reason why I gave Benny a 1 star rating is because the still use polystyrene to hold their chicken and especially their... fries. Polystyrene melts when hot fries in oil touches it and they want us to believe that isn't bad for their customer health! Really Benny!? We understand that it is an inexpensive composure but money against peoples health...really Benny! Read more
Called in advance so that there would be no wait... the girl taking the order decided to give me a poutine, and charge me for... it, even though I refused it.... then they had me wait another 20 minutes (for a chocken breast and fries!!!). I opened my orderto find freezing cold fries and a disaster in the box as the container gravy had fallen over and emptied everywhere in the box.I guess the chef dropped it and just didn't care.
