I received the wrong order. I asked for the right one to be sent and got attitude from the delivery guy because i didnt have... change to pay the price difference on their error and offered to pay by card. Food was dry and cold. Worst benny ever. Read more

Employee wore mask under his nose, making me feel unsafe. The pre-packed bag had replaced the caesar dressing with ranch without... telling us. Food was otherwise packed fine. Personally did not like the sauce, had an aftertaste like soap. Been There, DoneThat, Got the T-Shirt. Read more

They opened that location recently and I'm glad they did. They have a beautiful bar section and their cocktails are amazing. I... always have great service and it is my favorite spot to visit when I want to relax and enjoy a nice meal and a drink. Read more

Hi! Did I get your attention? Good! Do you feel like delicious rotiserie chicken with crispy fries at good prices? Excellent!... Look no further, order here. But in all seriousness, we've been ordering rotisserie chicken a lot more since Benny's opened.Their coupons are insane value and they happily give you more each time you order. But even without it, their prices are justright. Unlike St-Hubert (overpriced, dry chicken, sloppy fries each time) or Au Coq (hit or miss). The way I see it, there's nocompetition, only Benny. I hate to do this, because I used to really love Benny & co. This was the absolute worst delivery & customer service experience... in recent memory. I ordered 2 meals online using their website. The delivery driver showed up with 1/2 of the order. He thenproceeds to drop that box and spills sauce everywhere. When I asked where the other half of the order is, he said that's all hehas for me. So I ask for the receipt to prove what I ordered... which he conveniently lost. He then gets rude with me, startsblaming the restaurant for the missing food, and tells me to call them to sort it out. 30 seconds later I'm on the phone withthe restaurant to ask for a refund. It took 3 employees passing the phone to each-other before one decided to hear about thesituation. I was then on and off hold for 35 minutes while they figure out if and how they can refund me. Turns out there's nopossible way they could refund me. Somehow they have a way of charging my credit card from their website, but have no way torefund it without me coming in. Obviously not true as I've worked with many types of POS systems including ones with ecommerceintegration. They claim the best they could do is give me a coupon and try to have some manager call me back another day. Notonly was it a disgraceful delivery experience, but they completely fumbled the opportunity to make up for it with good customersupport. I've wasted 35 minutes of my time, got half my order, and still no refund. EDIT: Refunded after 8 days & It took memessaging them on instagram to finally get it to happen. Read more

I love this place ?? it?s my first time trying Benny&Co. and the experience was great. I ordered a club sandwich. Great flavour... and price. 16 for the sándwich, fries, gravy, coleslaw creamy salad, and a drink. The place looks clean and neat, very modern.The music is perfect for a calm yet not boring lunch.
